After serving in multiple roles, including Training Instructor and Evaluator, he transitioned into the federal sector, where he spent over a decade leading training and performance initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of the Navy, and other government agencies. His expertise in instructional systems, training evaluation, and organizational effectiveness has shaped how businesses and agencies approach workforce development and operational efficiency.
